G Force is the home of the patented double-hump crossmember, and we have a crossmember for almost every application or transmission that you could think of, give or take. So, as we're developing more crossmembers, we're trying to accommodate every combination there is.
So, one of the new combinations that we have is a crossmember for a G Body and a tailshaft-mounted 700R4.
So our 700R4 transmission crossmembers are designed around a case-mounted 700R4. Some people will want to use the tailshaft mounted.
And, if you do go that route, it does change the position of where that trans mount is. So, what we've done is we've included a crossmember and our adjustable transmission mount. To get that right offset that you need for the tailshaft-mounted transmission.
So we have two new part numbers there. One for an early G body and another one for a late G body, but you can find those on our website at Crossmembers.com.
