Today I'm introducing one of our new do-it-yourself, weld-together motor mount kits. The 2JZ has been an increasingly popular engine to swap into various chassis of choice. But there's not going to be a bolt-in solution for engine mounts for every single application.
So that's why we created this do-it-yourself kit. And it's similar to our other do-it-yourself kits, except the motor mount plate is for a 1J and a 2JZ engine.
So, a little bit about these kits. They come with the polyurethane bushings. They come with a hardware kit to bolt it together. The steel bushings that go inside the polyurethane, and then the steel bushings that the polyurethane bushings go into.
And then you have your weld-together tabs that nicely nestle over top of the steel tube, and then you cut them and weld them to position using your motor plates and your chassis.
