We're continually adding new Crossmembers to our lineup. So today I'm going to introduce one of the new ones. This one is for a Ford F-100, and that'll fit ‘53 to ‘79 trucks. So, this Crossmember is a tubular design. It's powder coated black, and it comes with all the necessary hardware to bolt to your truck.
As you can see with this Crossmember is it does have an offset to it. And, that's due to varying drivetrain positions in these trucks. So, what we've done is that we have two different length frame brackets. So, these get bolted to the frame wherever you might need depending on where your transmission lines up. But, Crossmember starts out as being offset.
And if you want it to be centered in your frame rails, you can use the longer frame bracket on the shorter side of the Crossmember and the shorter one on the longer side. But if you need it to be offset even more, you can swap these. And then it creates more of an offset to the passenger side of the vehicle.
So this is a great Crossmember for the F-100 trucks.
