Delrin Bushings
Southside Machine’s Delrin bushings are a time and track proven performance advantage. And now they are even better with our proprietary grease distribution channels.
For the purpose of this demonstration, the Delrin bushing is shown in green. As grease is pumped through the grease zerk, it flows through the spiral pathways ensuring proper lubrication to the inner steel bushing from end to end. Thin nylon washers on each end of the bushing act as grease retention wipers to hold grease inside the assembly.
Remember to grease frequently and to only use synthetic grease with your Southside Machine Delrin Bushings.
