We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return your new, unused item within 60 days for a refund or an exchange.

If you find a defect or quality issue with our products please notify us immediately and we will arrange for the return and replacement. In the event you purchase a product and decide not to use it in your project, you will be responsible for the return freight and completing the Return Authorization form (above)

All exchanged or returned merchandise must be in original factory condition with no modifications or alterations. Returned merchandise must include original packaging materials, manuals, instructions, installation hardware, etc. If the returned item requires repackaging, your refund/exchange will be subject to a repackaging charge.

All returns are subject to inspection.

How to return an item:

Please re-pack the item in a sturdy box, include a copy of your invoice and complete the Return Authorization form (above). Returned items received without authorization will not be processed until the authorization is completed and will cause your refund to be delayed.

Returns must ship UPS. Once your Return is approved, an email will be sent with shipping instructions. COD packages are never accepted.

G Force inspects all returned items within 7 business days.

We will not accept any product that appears to have been used, unless OTHERWISE COMMUNICATED to the customer prior to return.

Any part that, in our opinion, was used, installed, handled, packaged, or shipped improperly by the customer will not be eligible for exchange or refund.

If parts appear scratched or damaged in any way, the customer will be subject to a 20% restocking fee that will be deducted from any refund.

On all returns, the customer will be responsible for the UPS shipping charges. If a return shipping label is provided by G Force, the shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
