If you find a defect or quality issue with our products please notify us immediately and we will arrange for the return and replacement. In the event you purchase a product and decide not to use it in your project, you will be responsible for the return freight and contacting us for a RMA form. All returns must be within 90 days of original purchase date.
All returns are subject to inspection.
Returned items will be inspected within 7 business days.
- We will not accept any product that appears to have been used, unless OTHERWISE COMMUNICATED to customer prior to return.
- Any part that, in our opinion, was used, installed, handled, packaged, or shipped improperly by the customer will not be eligible for exchange or refund.
- If parts appear scratched, or damaged in anyway, customer will be subject to a 20% restock fee that will be deducted from any refund.
On all returns, customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges of the original purchased item and replacement item.
